Professional Experience
I am excited for another school year at Menomonee Falls High School!  This marks my 14th year in Education.  I am a proud UW-Green Bay Graduate - earning a degree in English and Secondary Education.  After teaching for several years, I went back to school at Lakeland College, and earned a Master's degree in School Counseling.

I was previously employed West Allis Central High School – first, as a teacher for 9 years, then, more recently as a school counselor.  This is my second year as part of the MFHS School Counseling team.  Throughout my teaching years, I taught a variety of different English courses for a diverse group of learners.  Teaching was a wonderful experience that I will always treasure. I discovered in myself a talent for inspiring students to become better readers and writers - and better people in life.  My time devoted to becoming a high performing teacher helped to make me a successful, relatable counselor. Working with students to help them through their personal/social, academic, and career issues is my true calling.  My passion has always been helping people. This isn’t just a job to me; it's a rewarding life experience, and I am proud to be part of the MFHS team.

Personal
I am a proud family man.  I have 3 beautiful ladies in my life.  My amazing wife, Deanna, and my two daughters Kaiya (8) and Adia (5).  They are my motivation, and I wouldn't be where I am without them.  We try to have a whole lot of adventures together as a family, such as traveling, swimming, playing sports, visiting with friends and family, and hitting up Theme Parks as often as possible. The whole family is obsessed with the Wisconsin Dells.  For my own part, I am an avid fisherman, hunter, and general outdoorsman - although I'm a little out of practice.  I'll always be an Up North kid at heart.

Finally, I just love working here.  I have a personal connection with The Falls (my wife and several friends and family were MFHS grads!) and the community in general, and I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to be part of the team here.  Students, feel free to stop by and see me. Falls Pride!
